The Cherry Blossoms

with 5 comments

D.C. may be famous for its Cherry Blossom Festival, but why travel and battle the crowds when we have some beautiful trees right here in the village?

The tree from which this particular blossom was photographed can be found on the corner of Mill Road and Main Street, near the gazebo. There are several trees next to a gorgeous garden, which bears a sign stating that it (the garden) was planted and maintained by the Westhampton Garden Club.
